Collaborated with HSY to automate the recycling ambassador application process, aiming to reduce manual work for employees. My primary role was designing a user-friendly website prototype in Figma to streamline the application flow.
Throughout the project, I became much more confident using Figma, especially when it came to creating clear design systems and responsive layouts. I also learned how small UX improvements can make a big difference in real-world services.

I also contributed to the service design process by creating journey maps with our team to identify user needs and streamline the overall workflow. Together, we designed a concept that integrated Liana Automation, Liana Mailer, and Questback to handle tasks like address verification, phone number validation, and automated email responses.
The result was a well-documented and tested proposal that showcased how collaboration, automation, and thoughtful design can work together to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

One of my first web design projects, where we set out to improve a snowboarding webshop’s usability and visual appeal.
Early on, we noticed that the front page didn’t clearly communicate that the site actually sold snowboards — it felt more like a blog than an online store.
My role focused on redesigning the website in Figma, where I learned the fundamentals of web layout and prototyping and quickly fell in love with the tool. We tested multiple website platforms before deciding on Wordpress for its flexibility and ease of content management.
The final site combined a clear product focus with a refreshed visual identity, while we moved the blog content to a separate section to keep the shop experience clean and conversion-driven. The site is still live today, and the client has reported a noticeable increase in orders since launch.
